When and how long will it take for my items to be shipped?
Everything is handmade, therefore please allow 7-14 days for your item to be shipped. Customized orders will ship within 14-21 days. If item is already made, orders will be shipped out next day. Depending on where we are shipping to, your order will arrive 3-7 days from the day the order is shipped. Please contact us for rush delivery.
What are your shipping fees?
We have a flat rate shipping and handling fee, no matter how big or small the order is, of $7.00 within Canada and the United States. For International orders please inquire.
What is the Return or Exchange Policy?
Your satisfaction is our number one concern! We offer exchanges within 30 days. Please contact us regarding your changes and return your items in the same condition/packaging in which they were sent from us in for the exchange. Please note an additional shipping cost will be applied before the exchanged items are shipped. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds or refunds on customized items.
What Payment Options Do You Accept?
MoM's Little Doll accepts Paypal, major credit cards, money orders, internet money transfers, and cash as valid forms of payment. If you are to use another method of payment besides PayPal please note that your purchase will not process until the payment has been received and the payment has been rendered. Please email or phone in these orders.
Do you allow Custom Orders?
Custom orders are always welcome at MoM's Little Doll. We love working with our customers to come up with a design and style that fits their tastes! Contact us if you have something that you would like us to create for you.
How Does Sizing Work?
Everything is one-size fits all unless otherwise specified. Please note that Lace Rosettes and Stylish Straps are sized for newborns. There are two different sizes for the Vintage Veils and this needs to be specified at time of check out, just ADD NOTE TO SELLER.
